A 1 or 2 day workshop with your staff introducing and exploring the concept and power of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and how it can be improved in any organization no matter how large or small.

Workshop Details

This staff training was developed in partnership with MHS (the same company who brought you the EQ-i), using a 50-item assessment that measures individual participants EI on five scales: Perceiving, Managing, Decision Making, Achieving, and Influencing.Then we discuss and explore how each of us can improve in each of these areas. We can work with up to 60 people in one setting and can also customize this workshop to address the specific needs of your organization.
